Applicants should have a relevant academic background in physics, chemistry, materials science, engineering, or a related field.

The application deadline for scholarship consideration is February 9th, 2026 at 12:00 pm UTC time.

EMJM scholarship application
No. Applicants who submit their RADMEP+ application before the scholarship deadline are automatically considered for the EMJM scholarship.

Applicants should prepare their documents in English and in PDF format before starting the application process.

Selection process
Applications are reviewed by the RADMEP+ academic and management board. Short-listed applicants considered for an EMJM scholarship may be invited to a remote interview.

Successful applicants are notified by email. They may be placed on the main list with a scholarship or on the reserve list without scholarship.

Living costs may vary depending on the country and city of mobility. Students are encouraged to consult the Mobility Resources section in the Student Hub for practical information about accommodation, transportation, visas and estimated living expenses in Finland, Belgium and France.
